Anne Wolf is a Senior Editor at America’s Test Kitchen. Originally from Tucson, Arizona, Anne studied Zoology at the University of California, Santa Barbara before heading to culinary school in St. Helena, California. She eventually made her way to the east coast, working in restaurants in Washington, D.C., and Cambridge, Massachusetts prior to her arrival at America’s Test Kitchen. Despite her cross-country moves, one thing has remained constant for Anne: oysters have been her favorite food since the age of 7. When she’s not cooking up a storm you can find Anne on the slopes—last winter she went helicopter skiing in Canada.
